Does anyone know of a good book or guide that I may get a friend to introduce her into this lifestyle and help her become the domme she wishes to be.

Well the number of books out there is rather massive at this point.  The funnest to read, the ones that puts the least threatening and most attractive face on S&M is Screw the Roses, Send Me the Thorns.  Not exactly an in depth book, but lots of fun.  Another one is Japanese Rope Bondage by Midori, again, lots of pretty pictures.

There are also some specifically on being a female dominant, but I am not as familiar with those.  Almost anything put out by www.greenerypress.com is good so check out their site.

However, if she is the least bit skittish, I would start out with Screw The Roses.

Two excellent ones from the femdomme perspective are The Sexually Dominant Woman and The Mistress Manual.  Both are from the company that publishes my books, Greenery Press www.greenerypress.com

Why do they call it self help books if someone else has to write the book for you to read?  Kind of antithetical there, isn't it?

Anything by Jack Rinella. All His books are geared to the Domanat and slave to learn in unison. The Dom book has ideas for slaves and the Slave book has ideas for the Dom. Although He rights from the gay Dom male it isn't hard to transform the information into your needs.

While Screw The Roses is a very good book, it is more like a reference book. When you have a question, go to Screw The Roses. Well written and informative, but not a sit down and read.

Go to Kinkybooks.com and you will find all kinds of books on Doming, Bottoming, and most of the kinks out here. Good luck. Be safe and well, have fun,
