They wil all do it. It is your own distrust that prevents it. Hell you could get a labia tat for a dollar and two cigarettes, but can you trust ?
The best advice I can think of is to just take a friend with you. Think about this, if you are never going to show this to anyone why bother ? Just take the first person (or close) with you and let them watch it happen. Take a judo expert with a machinegun if that's what it takes, but that special one will know more than anyone else.
Just my opinion.
