You seem to be confused about some things. I'm going to help you out. Freedom of speech doesn't translate into everybody having to like what you have to say, nor do people have to like the person saying it. The freedom of speech bit means that you are allowed to have your own views and the right to express them. Not one thing more than that. A great example are those fucks from Westboro Baptist Church. Just because they have the right to do what they do doesn't mean that I like it or think they are good human beings.
Here on Collar Chat, we're all being provided an opportunity as guests to have a venue to talk to people here on the boards. They have rules that we have to abide by in order to remain guests (TOS) and they aren't obligated to continue to allow us those privileges if we break them. For example, dear ole phil there has publicly announced that he's breaking TOS by transmitting data from this forum to another. (It's that little part in there about not reproducing the content because it's the intellectual property of Collar Chat.) Now, his claims are probably bullshit, like many of the other things that he lies about, and I'm not VAA, so I don't get to make the call that his privileges should be removed. The Mods probably won't even see it because nobody takes phil seriously enough to even bother reporting the post.
Further still, just because we have privileges here on Collar Chat doesn't mean that we all have to like every other person who happens to belong to this website. This is no different than in the real world. Being a kinky person isn't some kind of free pass that every other kinky person on the planet is required to like everyone else or tolerate any and all bullshit that a person cares to produce. It doesn't happen often, but if I run across somebody at a munch or event that I don't like, I stay the fuck away from them. If they approach Me, I remain civil, tell them I hope they enjoy their evening, and then I go socialize with people that I do like. They have the same right to be at the event that I do, but I don't have to hide My obvious dislike for them.
Staying within TOS is something like that, even though most of us do tread close to messing up from time to time. It's pretty easy to convey that I think somebody is a moron without typing out "you're a moron". If somebody comes here making an ass out of themselves, whines continually playing some version of the pity card, the drama card, or anything else that people just plain don't want to be bothered with, they aren't going to be patted on the head and told, "awwwwwwww, you're kinky so you get act like an asshole and we won't call you on it".
Yes, this thread got a lot of views. It had nothing more to do with anything than a bunch of sadists and masochists enjoying the fun of it. As a sadist, I thought it was comical as hell. Doesn't mean that I won't answer the thread if an actual question comes up. Then I'll go back to having My kind of fun with it.
