Oh jeez..do we all take ourselves too seriously or what? I met a sub, had a few conversations, was thinking we might have some kind of connection, and then..no communication. We love to get into the drama of our dom/subness...like it is important or something! "I AM A DOM..LORD MASTER BLACK HAWK OF THE WHATEVER FOREST"...or...I am "intriguing slave girl" or what the fuck ever.
It really doesn't matter who...life is short..if you are hardwired to be dom or sub..then DO it. I see folks getting into the 'style' of this to distract them from fulfilling themselves.
This girl....who says currently unavailable? .has NEVER
been available..has some goofy out of state dom..and,,,life goes on.....
Don't deal in lazy communication..have manners..and communicate in an adult way!

Dude, that's par for the course. People quit communicating sometimes. Hell, once after two months of phoning, I had a woman tell me she'd come out to Colorado and would stay if she liked it, and then nothing.

i am not sure where you are going with this....do you have a question or are you just venting?

You state you had a few conversations and felt there might be a connection, but that statement is followed by your acknowledgment that she never has been available.

oh hell..just venting..with a bottle of wine in me no less..(ha!)..in the big spiritual picture..it really doesn't matter..all I will leave with ..is we are so much more than just a 'dom'..or a 'sub'. Being gracious and having manners in every area of our life might just be the main thing. That is my main issue...where are the manners?

It seems to me she communicated exactly what she meant. She is unavailable to you or another other Dominant. She is on an adult web site. She didn't hide the fact that she is not available. Why is that rude? Why do you think you have the right to say her Dom is goofy? Does being out of state make someone goofy? Does that fact that he is a Dom make him goofy?

It would seem that somehow your ego got hurt. For some reason you feel the need to put down this girl and her Dom. Seems that you are the one who needs to grow up and find some manners.

huh?..you read a short post and you are an instant dr. Laura?..If there is a constant in CM and Alt. is 'many' subs can not communicate like an adult. Or have manners. I think it is because they are jaded by all the knuckleheads out there. Being bombarded by assholes.

I understand your rant. However, what you may want to keep in mind is that before we are ever Doms, subs, Masters, slaves, switches, whatever...we are human first, with all of the human weaknesses and follies that follow.

Unfortunately, one of those follies is that humans are sometimes/often rude.

Her being unavailable -- or as DS mentioned, having someone just disappear -- is a sad reality of online meet and greet sites, be they vanilla or BDSM.

You post on cm and you take the risk that you'll get responses you don't want. And I pretty much guarantee that the thread will linger on loooong after you've decided it's been talked to death. That's the nature of online communication.

For the life of me I can't figure out your problem here, even making allowances for your drunkenness.

She's not yours. She made it clear. She got tired of you. She dropped you.

If that gets your panties in a bunch, along with all those 'many' subs who are so immature in their communications with you, perhaps you're not ready for online dating yet?
