Wow. When I think about the junk the build today........ I mean does anyone even do things like that anymore ? And the fact that they were made in 1820 is even more amazing. Where do you find this stuff ? In fact wasn't it you who posted a link to these big things a guy built that walk along the beach ? They're made out of PVC pipe or something and have all kinds of linkage on them, remember that ? Actually this is even better.

GT, I am fairly sure that they don't actually shoot. The mechanics inside takes up too much room. In fact even if they did shoot the recoil would probably destroy the mechanism. Talk about single shot !

Looks to me cocking it is what winds it up. I only watched it once but I think probably pulling the trigger releases the mainspring like opening a musical box. What a gag gift eh ? Walk in, point it at someone (the Wife would be a good choice) and just when they think you're going to shoot them.........

T^T

Gag gift, huh? At a mere 2.5-5 million USD.

Some of us have rather esoteric tastes.

Jaw remained close .. but, I believe my eyes got bigger. lol That's very, very pretty, and, cool, and many other descriptive things. I'd rather be able to make them, though, than be able to buy them.

Absolutely exquisite, I was rather expecting them to be from the Faberge workshops though.

Well any gun with a short barrell isn't going to be acurate much past 25 or 30 feet.
