Dunno. It looks to be a paean commending yourself on being such a great slave, and then you credit dominantname.

I'm not sure what other kind of feedback you expect.

I personally dislike such statements because of the hyperbole. If Carol started claiming that she had "wholly and completely without question she gives herself to this Man" then that'd be the end of growth for our dynamic. Carol would instead have talked about all the ways she might still be less than perfect for me.

In general it seems what I'd call "par for the course". My general observation is that women like to wax poetic about their slavery. For many, the idea is highly erotic and romantic. So another way to look at the whole thing is simply, "I love you."

I'm kind of confused because you didn't specifically say this was supposed to be your slave. I don't know if it's just something you found on a random profile somewhere, somebody you were just trading emails with, or something else entirely. It might just be a fantasy written in somebody's journal about what somebody hopes for things to be like one day and "dominantname" is just a fill in the blank possibility.

Now, if this *is* supposed to be your slave, or the two of you went off for a fun filled weekend of situational M/s, maybe the person didn't use your name for whatever reason. I honestly didn't look for the generic moniker before typing out this post. For all I know, you stuck it in there and the original is a different name entirely.

Bottom line, there's too many gaps in your question and too many possible answers to really know what answer is correct. The only thing I'm sure of is that I really do need more caffeine.
