I think needle thickness makes a huge difference too, the thicker the needle the more it hurts. The really thin needles accupuncturists use wouldnt hurt as much, when i had accupuncture done i didnt feel many needles at all going into me, the ones i did feel didnt really hurt. I know those needles dont go in very deep but under the skin is where the nerve endings seem to be so I find once a needle gets past the initial pricking, then i dont feel much, at least thats the way it was getting pierced for me.

My sweetie has been known to push needles through the nipple and behind the nipple - slowly - and it hurts like a sunofabitch! But very little if any blood. As for skewering the breast - as in - the whole thing, I would hope the skewerer would look up the anatomy of the breast - there are some really major blood vessels in those puppies, and would be best to avoid them if possible. Blue is not a nice colour for boobs.

Skewers are not medical devices, but long metal bars sometimes round or flat with one sharp end and one end with a finger ring. They are used by cooks to pin rolls of meat together or to pin the back end of a turkey together to keep stuffing inside while they cook. Yes I have seen OMG! pictures of women with them shoved through their breasts... and I imagine it hurts a hell of a lot more then any thin needle. And I can't imagin that there is any truely safe way of doing it, but that won't stop some people.

Heather, I have never played much with needles. An ex of mine did 500 needles, litterally the night before we first hooked up and that sort of killed it for me but recently I have been thinking about playing with it. yes we have. on me, not on her. its painful as fuck, but with pretty pins it would look nice. e2a: we used 3 pins on each side, not just one. but it doesn't hold well, the pins pull out of your fucking thigh if you move at all.

There was someone who had posted photos of needlework done on her back on Fetlife. Either she or her dom glued small glowsticks to the ends of the needles first and then did a butterfly pattern with them, essentially turning her into a human lite-brite.
