Tammy crack corn
with gilded dandelions
snakin' down the antelope slope.
Framing silver Kodak eyes
and a platinum bite.
The shoulders
the boulders
the corn cob holders...
a pale creamy river of skin,
porcelain water.
I touch with my mouth.
And I wade.
Knee deep, I...
Look! Look! Is that a rabbit?
Sweetheart, the mailbox!
And yes, that was a rabbit...
And yes, you are adorable
