So back in December of last year, I messed up my right knee in a training accident. An MRI showed I had torn my acl, pcl, mcl, meniscus, and had significant bone bruising throughout. On February 1st I had acl reconstruction, using one of my hamstrings, and meniscus repair (repaired one side, cut off the other). And tonight I deep squatted (hit parallel) 375. No gear, no knee brace nor weight belt. For whatever reason I had set 375 as a personal goal some time ago, and tonight I finally hit it. It's not much, but it's a start. I'm feeling rather good right now, and thought I'd share with all you guys and gals.
