I have some of it, I work to improve it. i believe every human being have ESP and that it is a skill like any other that have to be developed and nurtured if one is going to get good at it, I however believe that like everything else some people are born with more talent for it than others, but everyone can learn.

I think they are the soul partly or completely leaving the body and then returning with the experiences once the person in question recovers. I also think the soul itself quite often make the choice on whatever to survive or move on itself and that when it return it returns because it have more to do in this life.
