A few months ago I saw that one of the masters had a check sheet for his subs to fill out. It covered every situation for the sub to tic off in what it would and wouldn't do. But now I just can't find it. Any help here would be appreciated.

www.alt.com has a pretty good one. The last virtue of a once proud site. If that doesn't work for you, Google "BDSM checklist".

You should be able to find what you are looking for by googling "BDSM checklist". There are quite a few of them out there on the net. Some are more detailed than others, so just poke around.

If there was one specifically linked on the forums, you might try the search feature with the same key words.

I made up a sheet like that once. Can't find it any more.

I had more than just "willing" and "no". I asked them to tell me what hey had already done, as well as whether they would "like", "be willing", or "Only in role playing", or "not even pretend" the idea of doing something.
