Actually the people who are looting are just chancers, possibly don't give a damn about what happened and their only interest is looting and destroying. The ones who tried to have a protest are a different thing, though from everything that seems to be known, a bunch of assholes used the protest as a camouflage to destroy and steal - dunno how you would feel if somebody would burn down the building you live in because they feel like it, or loot the shop of somebody because they want to help themselves to some free booze and goods. I seriously doubt that the looters and arsonists have political reasons apart from wanting a bit of violence and robbery. Bunch of innocent people are losing their houses and are getting injured, think about it, how would you feel if one of your friends would live in the area?
