I can't get into my purepleasure acct. on the other side, and no longer use the odioustoad@yahoo email. If there is any way one of you could please help me regain access to my collarme acct. I would be most appreciative. The email I can be reached at is [email protected].

I am not a mod, but one of them recently told someone else with this same problem...where they can access one side of CollarMe but not the other...to access the side that is easy to log into. Within the message boards side (since you are logged in here okay), scroll up the page until you see the large "Part of: COLLARME.COM" logo in the upper left corner, and click on it. It should take you to your account on the other side. Then, I have used that side to go back here and by then I can go log in to either side. They both match. To get here from the CollarMe (mailroom) side, look in that bar to the left for where it says Message Boards and click on it. Best of luck to you.

Sadly, some of us are having a complete problem with accessing our CollarMe Profile.....What has happened to the CollarMe Support that was so helpful at solving problems ?

To the OP, you have mail instructing you how to access that profile and what following steps to take. To anyone else having a problem, write Support with the link at the bottom of the page. If you do not write, we do not know you have a problem.

Where is the support link? I see terms of service, privacy policy and spam but no support link?

As a Follow-Up : It took a couple of weeks, but the problem was resolved with the assistance of CollarMe Support . They are few and swarmed with help requests, so Persistence & Patience are essential in an effort to get a persons problem corrected . It just takes a little bit of time .

I can't seem to contact support, I tried the link at the bottom of the main page and it just redirects me to the sign up page. Help please!

I, too, am having accessing the other side. Oddly, enough I am still here on the boards. Even odder I can access the other side just fine from my phone. Support has been contacted
