hi, i've been a member for a few years now...all the sudden i can't access my profile. i log in and it just refreshes to login page. lost password sends me the correct pw....and i'm able to access forums under my account name.

Go over to the other side, scroll down, click on support.

support doesnt do anything because it wants me to either 1)log into my account, which i cant do 2)create an account, which i already have. there's no way to contact anyone.

really ass? you want to play the genius card? if you read my post again, i mention that i see i'm logged into the forums. that is the reason for the post in the first place, it lets me into the forums, but not the site.

Do you still have the issue right now? If so, try clearing the cache in your internet options menu. clear cookies, browsing history, saved passwords, and try again.

mr. s....thank you. definitely a firefox issue. IE works fine. i'll have to dig deeper into FF and see, but at this point i'm back on the site. appreciate your input...M
