It wasn't a bucket , I had two pieces, but nice false assumption.

Something probably wrong with the chicken then. Unless you hadn't eaten any sort of fast food/fried food for a few weeks. If you stop eating that shit for awhile then when you do end up eating it, it really fucks with you.

QFT

When in school I used to work weekends at McD, they use the cheapest fat and I don't think KFC or Burger King go out of their way to use rapeseed/flax/virgin olive oil

Outside of the ocassional kfc , we never eat fried food, and we have cut down on fast food, so I agree with you there. I have noticed in the past if it's been a very long time since you had a type of food, or it's a new thing for you, it'll screw you all up. I used to love this one hole in the wall burger place near me, they had the best bacon western cheese burgers, and I stopped eating there for about 6 or more months, then one day we were right there so we got a burger, and afterwards I felt so jacked up. I didn't get the dry heaves or gas like from KFC, but I did feel sluggish and backed up.

I have to disagree with you about the "if it's a new thing for you it'll screw you up", I have rarely (I am using rarely because it may have happened, but I just don't remember) experienced problems when trying foods for the first time, provided they are decent foods that are minimally prepared.  It's when the foods are dipped in batter and/or deep-fried that you will have troubles.
For example, I haven't eaten bib lettuce in quite a while (most likely about a year) because, for whatever reason, I can't find decent bib lettuce in my area.  I was on vacation and had the chance to have a giant salad made with bib lettuce.  It was fantastic (cantaloupe, strawberries, toasted almonds, sunflower kernels, dried cranberries and a raspberry vinaigrette completed it, but that is neither here nor there) and I found that I had NO digestion trouble afterwards.  I suppose you could make the claim that because I eat salads regularly (not as any kind of weight loss program, I just love vegetables in general, and unique salads in particular) that my body is used to lettuce, but I can almost guarantee that if I were to eat KFC that I would be sick from it, despite eating chicken (even oven-fried chicken) quite regularly.
You can continue to make excuses and to blame the mylanta for your stomach problems, but the bottom line is that if you eat unhealthy foods you will have negative consequences.

Siasma , that salad sounds good! I love salads. My favorite here at home i don't even put dressing on.The first time I ever ate home grown squash, it gave me the liquid shits. It wasn't fried, or unhealthily prepaired, it was just cooked squash. Maybe new stuff don't Jack you up, but it doesn't mean it don't Jack me up, least now and then. And that's not an excuse, it's a personal observation that sometimes , new things Jack me up. Doesn't mean I won't try new things, however.

Unless your gastrointestinal tract has become damaged, if you ate those types of healthy items (a variety of vegetables and fruits, using fresh as much as possible, whole grains, legumes, lean proteins, no overly processed foods, no added sugars, minimal use of oils - avoiding all saturated fat sources) all of the time, you wouldn't experience what you describe as being "jacked up". It isn't easy, but once you get into eating this way all of the time, your taste buds will change. You might have cravings, but you'll find that most (if not all) of the junky stuff you used to enjoy will no longer taste as good.

Nah that's not what I meant, I was talking about fast food in particular, your body adjusts to those oils and fats but if you don't eat them for awhile that in particular can make you sicker than when you were adjusted to it, not just food in general.
