You know, it's really kind of amazing to hear these prudish attitudes on what is basically a sex site.
What prudish attitudes? I was relating the attitude of the general populace, not mine. I know what the various strip clubs in town are like because I like strip clubs. I mean, beer and naked women...what's not to like?

Well other than $5.50 for a beer...

I misunderstood.

Just like any other relationship, you have to choose carefully.

The thing I like is they are more open-minded sexually than most women.

But they charge, and isn't that your constant whinge here?

Hmmmm, well now that's an extra perk I hadn't considered before. I do have tuition to pay.

PeonForHer -> RE: Strip Bars (8/12/2011 4:58:12 PM)

As a matter of interest, does one of you sit on the other's lap when you both write in the same post? Or do you have separate keyboards and mice? I'm kind of interested in how that works, exactly. No idea why.

SuzeCheri -> RE: Strip Bars (8/12/2011 5:17:34 PM)

In each other's laps. Naked, our bodies glistening with scented oils.

SUZE!!!

What, you know that's what he was sort of hoping was the case.

You're such a sleaze! Actually it depends on where we are. Right now we're at my house, so we each have our own keyboard.

At my place we share one, usually I just do the actual typing.

At Heather's place we're all on the bed passing the keyboard around.

And sometimes it will be one or the other of us doing it all, talking with the other via IM to work out the jokes. We tried doing it in separate posts, but that was just to clumsy, so we figured we'd just do it this way.

That's why we don't respond quickly, we have to figure out not just what the joke will be, but how we're going to set it up.

Oh my oh yes.......Hell you don't think we ever actually let the sweaty hairy palmed guys in those places touch that....now do you?

tiggerspoohbear -> RE: Strip Bars (8/12/2011 5:32:29 PM)

Used to hang around a couple of strip bars about 5-6 yrs ago.  Since the Domly guy back then was off playing pool or trying to hit on one of the girls, I was sitting at the bar by myself.  They all tended to come sit with me and we'd talk all night while they weren't up on stage.  Met some great women that way and had a lot of laughs.

LadyHibiscus -> RE: Strip Bars (8/12/2011 5:33:52 PM)

I have never been to a strip club. I feel like I'm in a minority!

tiggerspoohbear -> RE: Strip Bars (8/12/2011 5:39:57 PM)

Had 2 male friends when I was in my early 20's who used to take me into the strip club with them.  At the time, most of the strippers were run by bikers from the Montreal area.  Since I spoke French, they figured they had a better chance with the girls.  Uhhhh, nope.  Didn't work that way.  Again, the women would speak with me in French, since they hardly spoke English, if any, and the 2 guys I was with me were stuck on the sidelines.  Needless to say they were a little peeved at me and I was having fun talking to the ladies.  Bikers didn't really care, since I tended to be the only female in the club as a patron, and they knew I wasn't gonna be a problem.

Is it one of those really shiny black keyboards, and does it also glisten with scented oils? And is it kind of curvy, like those Microsoft ergonomic jobs?

Just curious, no reason . . . .

HannahLynHeather -> RE: Strip Bars (8/12/2011 6:57:13 PM)

no, sorry. logitech, square, black, very unsexy. it's my keyboard and i'm a right frugal motherfucker. cheri's on the other hand! fucking sexy things they are. she has one of those hinged suckers. but her folks have never even heard the word frugal, i wouldn't surprised if they had never even been to a sale.

Termyn8or -> RE: Strip Bars (8/12/2011 7:01:44 PM)

FR BIGTIME.

Look, when you making seven grand a week, don't expect the job to be easy.

Nuff said ?

T^T

No, they don't, if you actually develop a relationship.

Employment contract.  The case you were talking about was in Canada, also.  I don't know what the laws are there.
The general opinion is that age in and of itself can't be a criteria but appearance can be.  We have decided the easiest thing to do is enter a contract for a set period of time.  Once the contract is over, so is their employment.  Not to mention the fact that employees who are treated well (which we would do) are far less likely to sue.  I think we can make it work, my CPA is a smart guy.

yes, i expected that was what you would be doing.
Actually, the stripper i was talking about was in the US, but there was another one in Canada too. The one in the US did win $60,000 but she was a regular employee, I got the impression she didnt have an employment contract or anything like that.

Termyn8or -> RE: Strip Bars (8/12/2011 8:48:25 PM)

Win ?

Seven grand a week is only like $364 K a year. But that's nothing compared to what the bankers and their drug dealers make. Very few of them can function at work without drugs.

At least back in my day when I knew a few.

T^T

mandatory retirement at 25.

why 25?

Women become ugly, bad-tempered and mad after that age.

I hope that helps.

Like FUCK we do!...................ooops

You seem to be of the opinion that a stripper isn't worth dating simply because she is a stripper. That's a really sad statement on your own emotional maturity, or rather the lack of it. The fact that you judge them all based on their current job really does show your true colours, I think I can safely dismiss you and your opinions now. Thanks

Wow Cheri, I didn't know you felt so strongly about it.

Neither did I till I read that post actually, never really thought about it.

Oh, cool, it's neat the way that happens sometimes, eh?

I guess, but mostly I'm just annoyed and sort of bummed that there are people who think like that.

Oh, mood lightener is called for here, my forte. Something on topic even. What do you call a stripper's ex-boyfriend?

I don't know...DomYngBlk?

LOL!! Good one. The actual punchline is: Homeless.

I like my answer better

So do I sweetheart, so do I

~grins and shakes head~ you girls are a trip, you know that?

Iamsemisweet -> RE: Strip Bars (8/13/2011 9:05:06 AM)

The one in the US was a waitress, not a dancer. And it was a settlement. We shall see. It is all dependent on a particular tribal casino being built. Which it will be eventually.
