At this point in my journey I have not divulged my D/s exploration to anyone in my family, so I always need to take care to close any collarme or chat or private message windows before leaving my computer. One recent night I had fallen asleep at my computer, and when I awoke, I started the routine of closing browser windows.
Glancing through bleary eyes at the first window open before me, much to my surprise and puzzlement, the first words I saw were, "Thank you for submitting...." and as I glanced to the next paragraph I saw:
"We recommend that you print this sheet as record of your online submission."
What??? That was surely the last thing I would want to do!!
... It took me a minute to remember that earlier in the evening I had filled in an online form with a proposal for a presentation at an upcoming conference, and this was my confirmation page. I've been submitting in my business life as well as my fantasy life. Who knew?
