i am a sissy who is terrified of the idea about having hormones.

i love the concept of being a cuckold slave, not ever having sex, never capable of ever releasing an orgasm, and i love to dress as a sissy baby girl or a dirty sissy slut.

i am scared to death about hormones for the fact that it does count as a body modification and i know it can do more damage to me as well as do its job like making breasts and making sissy clit even harder to get erections.

on top of the estrogen that i will be taking by the courtesy of my Dominant, i will also be taking testosterone blockers to help me not get hard ons very easily.

i have read the risks on all of this but i trust my Dominant but this is a big leap of body mod for me.

can anyone male, female, ts, give me any advice?

Your fears seem very reasonable to me. You are taking drugs...I'm assuming they are to be given by your dominant rather than your doctor. I'm assuming that your dominant has no medical training (although I could be wrong).

I think your first step is to be fully informed of the pros and cons of these drugs. Talk to your doctor. You may find it embarrassing, but remember that he or she will be the one you contact if/when side-effects occur.

If there are significant health risks then I would say you need to think very hard about whether you want to go ahead. After all, you are going to be the one to live with the results....

you are right, my Dominant is not in the medical field at all. Her friend who is a nurse will be checking my signs every other week, which in truth is better than nothing but i still do not think it is wise to do. do not get me wrong, i have dreamed, fantasized, and craved to let this happen but i am not married to the Dominant of my dreams, i still live at home, i still work for my dad's company, it is not worth it.

I'm wondering how you're getting these drugs without a doctor's prescription. I didn't look at your profile but here in the US you can't get those without seeing a doctor who will prescribe them if you are going to go through a sex change and to get a sex change you have to go through tests and therapy to make sure you are mentally and physically prepared.

If your Dom is getting you these drugs illegally I would be really hesitant taking them for two reasons...One, you have no idea what is in those drugs and two that speaks tons about the fiber of being of your Dom. Personally I would not respect him which means I could no longer submit but that's me.

As to answer your question...yup, you should be nervous in so many different ways.

Yes, I have advice for you: don't do it.

The endocrine system is incredibly complex with multiple feedback systems Taking hormones in the fashion you describe might do more than just kill your sex drive and cause body feminization, it could possibly affect other hormonal systems (non-sex type) as well and why would you want to potentially mess up vital parts of your body's working system? All for a "dominant" woman who clearly holds her interests far above your well-being and physical health? I don't profess to know enough about endocrinology to know the effects of what you are considering, and whether or not they would permanent, but unless your dominant's nurse friend works in that particular field, I can almost guarantee you that she doesn't either.

This person, I won't say dominant because they don't deserve that label, is endangering your health. Since you can't buy these medications over the counter, I'm assuming they're getting them from India or China illegally. There is no guarantee that the meds will actually be what the label says they are, or that they aren't contaminated and toxic.

I actually think this is something you ought to involve the authorities in as this so-called dominant will kill someone one day. Don't let it be you.

my Dominant's friend who is a nurse has a distributor that sells hormones and the nurse already got them, they will be delivered by 9/2/11 and i will be taking them on Saturday and for 1 full week and longer.

the dosage of testosterone blockers in very high
the doasge for the hormone pills is at a medium based
the dosage for the hormone cream is maxed out to the limit.

Do not do it. Your are extremely stupid and dangerous if you do.

Anyone taking hormones should only do so under a doctor's care. Not only that but when you start you need to have blood tests to verify the levels and make sure you are not damaging your liver or kidneys.

I have a feeling we've all wasted our breaths here....there's gonna be one of two outcomes to this...

either he went through with it because his dick is leading.

wow...here we have a nurse who is essentially prescribing medications without ever having taken a graduate level Pharmacology course (sorry, RN/BSN take an intro level course). Your so called Dom and nurse friend immediately start you out on max levels or very high levels of drugs without ever having a way to monitor your hormone levels. Does your nurse friend have any way to assess your peak/trough levels, or did they just open some pharmacology book, look at the ranges and decide:hey lets give him the highest dose, because more is better? I am all for people doing what they want with their body, and if you desire to be feminized, that is fantastic. But have more intelligence than a cock roach and seek someone who has had significant training (that means someone with a Ph.D or M.D/D.O). Would you trust that same nurse to cut you open and remove your testicles? My guess is "no", because they certainly lack that degree of training. If you don't have complete trust in their abilities/knowledge, don't follow their advice
