Ok. I misunderstood, it was an eat this not that example, and I mis read it.

can you link the article? Most croissants have way more fats than that but common sense would dictate no one on any kind of weight loss regime would consider a croissant. Just a thought.

Ayyne, it's in a diabetic living, that's the name of it, magazine I bought at the grocery store. I'll scan the article in the morning.


The meal is a chicken salad sandwich on 1/2 a croissant and then 8 ounces of pink lemonaid. I don't understand why stuff like this is in a magazine that shows diabetics what to eat.

Diabetic Living has a web site. I couldn't find the article on there. Are you sure you didn't confuse it with items that are not recommended?
