Daddy4Girl14609 -> Support help (9/6/2011 11:38:13 PM)

I posted in the one help thread but it hasn't been active recently and my problem hasn't been resolved.  I still can't login and I can't seem to access support.  Obviously I'm logged in on this forum but I can't get into the site at all and when I click support it takes me to the login page but very quickly reroutes me to page to set up an account so I'm unable to contact support.  What can I do to resolve this issue?

Have you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior?  That might help.

How would that help with my problems logging in?

I'm sorry you are still having trouble accessing the other side of this site.
While I am not a member of support, I have read a few threads recently
on this very topic, and will list some of the tips here for you.

Since you are properly signed in on this side, scroll up to the top of the page
and click on the black and white Collarme Logo. This will take you directly to
the other side, and perhaps being that you are logged in here already, it will
validate you there.

Clean out your temporary cookies/computer cache.
Instructions for how to do so for various browsers can be found here in the center of the page.

If you are using FireFox, switch to Internet Explorer or another browser to see
if it may be a browser issue. (sometimes Firefox requires some add ons)

I hope these help resolve your issue. Best of luck!

I had the same problem a few weeks ago, being unable to log in to any of my user accounts.  I realized I only had the problem when using my Firefox browser, but when I used IE, I didn't have any problem logging in.

I'm using Firefox now, so whatever the problem was corrected itself for me.  Maybe you just need an update or something.

While I know it is a nuisance, you could always create a new account to send in a report to Support, if switching browsers doesn't work for you.

Best of luck

Thank you both very much.  I tried the black and white logo, didn't work, tried to get a new account didn't work, tried IE last week didn't work.  I just tried IE again and I'm back on.
