C'mere little boy - I have CANDY for you ...<evil laugh>

Rumtiger -> RE: Sugar? (5/21/2006 11:20:09 PM)

*Naturally, all he hears is "candy" and stupidly walks right into whatever danger awaits him*

zumala -> RE: Sugar? (5/22/2006 7:36:51 AM)

I'd have to agree with the general consensus.  Everything I've ever read says that sugar in the vagina is a serious no-no.  I'd certainly never risk it.  I've only had one yeast infection in my 28 (soon to be 29) years of life, and once was enough for me.

melnkolybabydoll -> RE: Sugar? (6/12/2006 8:55:32 PM)

i was discouraged from trying this because i am prone to infection, and a woman's parts are not the easiest to totally "clean out".  i did use them on my husband, though.  He enjoyed the sensation, but we went too long and made him raw.  Too much of a good thing, i guess.  Even Altoids can become overwhelming if used for too long a period.  Moderation is good.

timeoutgurlie -> RE: Sugar? (6/12/2006 9:05:11 PM)

Done it, never had an infection.  Only two experiences to speak of though, so I guess the odds were decent that I would turn up unscathed, right? [:-] lol

I just used the yogurt trick afterward, drench a tampon in yogurt, put it up, leave it there for the nite, and have a bath in the morning.  The bath is key, all women should be taking actual fully submersed 'jina baths vs. showers at least once every week.  Showers are good for the speed and all, but being fully submersed is pretty essential to a healthy kitty.  In this scenario, she needs it to rinse out as much of the yogurt as possible.  My gyno knows I do this and has said it's fine, most of it comes out with the vaginal secretions and the bath, whatever small bit is left is still very safe.

Using the yogurt within a few hours of having the sugar seems to be working, I've used this same method for all food play, so far **knocks wood** no infections [:D]

Have fun [:D][:D]

P.S.  Plain, sugar-free yogurt -- none of that flavored/fruit on the bottom kind.  The ingredients should only list milk/milk solids & active bacterial cultures...nothing else!

THANK GOODNESS somebody posted this!!!  NO SUGAR IN THE VAGINA OR ANYWHERE NEAR IT!  Sheesh!!!

The vagina is cautious territory for food play. Sugar is off limits in the vagina. Even a little can encourage bad bacteria and yeast growth, and a lot does something nasty called "osmotic pull" that causes real damage in there. That includes sugary substances such as fruit, sweetened whipped cream, soda or sugary drinks and liqueurs. Don't blow air into the vagina, as this can lead to fatal embolism. It's rare, but not unheard of. That probably means no Perrier douches, as much fun as this concept may sound. Alcohol, especially hard alcohol, is also a bad idea up in here

Holy Cow!  Some of you people will stick any damn thing in your holes if it'll get you off.  Egads![sm=hewah.gif]

So I guess a scoop of ice cream and a rootbeer douche is outta the question?

FelinePersuasion -> RE: Sugar? (6/12/2006 11:17:00 PM)

No not nessisarily, If you're willing to accept the consequences of doing so.

but I hope you was being facetious lol.

Actually I was told baths were one of the causes of yeast infections by my dr, he says it's not good for the vagina to be submerged in soapy water, such as in a bath. Bubble bath solution aint good for pussies severly prone to yeast infections either.

My mom takes a bath all the time and has 50 times more yeast infections than I do, she of course perfumes and soaps her water. I shower.

wow, that dr sounds like a nutjob. All those years of being told cleanliness is a good thing are out the door now? Hmmm.

timeoutgurlie -> RE: Sugar? (6/12/2006 11:49:21 PM)

Fully agree, not with bubble bath or those scented/oily beads...I'm talking just a straight up bath.  I should've been more specific, I didn't think of it because it's just 2nd nature for me at this point.  You're definitely right, if a woman's taking baths with all the added fragrances & detergents, then it's doing more harm than good, she way as well douche...which most of us now know wreaks havoc on the natural balance.

Just water in the baths ladies [:D]

aellea -> RE: Sugar? (6/12/2006 11:51:50 PM)

if you have a bowl upside down and put it in water, holding it down there is an air lock, just like a vagina and unless you open it up and invert it, the water does not flow up inside the vagina in a regular bath

Eh, depending on who you ask, ejaculate can be "harmful" to the vagina also (some study about not washing after unprotected sex saying ejaculate left int he vagina can be a factor for cervical cancer [8|]) so...sure candies aren't man made like ejaculate is, but that doesn't make it so strange in the end or any more harmful.

timeoutgurlie -> RE: Sugar? (6/12/2006 11:56:06 PM)

The vagina is not a bowl [&:]

I haven't exactly done any published research, but I'm pretty sure the water is managing to find it's way in there...take a bath tomorrow and see if water doesn't come out from inside your vagina.  Dry off first, so that you see the water is coming from inside, I can assure you it isn't just that your wet because the water is on the outside of your body.

amativedame -> RE: Sugar? (6/13/2006 12:03:02 AM)

As timeoutgurlie mentioned, its not the bath itself, but what women tend to put in the water that does the actual damage.  Soaps and perfumes can easily upset the delicate balance.   Our bodies aren't exactly made to handle all the irritants we throw at them everyday, and this is just another example of where they don't belong.

cynthiamarie -> RE: Sugar? (6/13/2006 12:42:37 AM)

Um...water does NOT travel up hill, unless forced to do so.  And...mine stays shut, lol.

Grapes didn't cause me any nasty infection.  And as for not upsetting the natural acidic balance...a nice "synthetic" one of vinegar and water worked just fine for me, then an applicator of unsweetened yogurt.

My sister on the other hand...had an interesting time with some M&Ms...did not douche, didn't use yogurt, and could barely hobble to the doctor the next day.  Horrible infection.

Thank you, sasshay, for bringing up the embolism thing...it's when air gets past the cervix, and I've heard of some guys who were "great" at going down who also blew a lot of air into the vagina.  Not a good idea.  I'm so glad I didn't run into someone...who liked to play games without studying the consequences first...when I was young and dumb and more vulnerable.

timeoutgurlie -> RE: Sugar? (6/13/2006 3:01:15 PM)

Has anyone saying water doesn't get into the vagina actually TRIED the bath, then taken notice?

All I can do is shake my head, I can't explain the physics behind why water does indeed manage to get inside, so for those needing some kind of concrete proof...try it [8|]

For everyone else, just do it, your vagina will thank you, it's part of proper hygiene.

lol. Yes I was kidding.  On a serious note, sex involving food just doesn't work for me.

Why is humor so hard to convey around here?
