I'm afraid it's no cunning ploy - I genuinely saw this video on facebook a few hours ago and thought of him.

And Lady P, I accept no blame! I am simply passing on the imaginings of my brain. It's not my fault if people think they are true...

You ever seen "The Ipcress File"?

RF, his general character and his views on food, sort of remind me of Harry Palmer.

I've no doubt at all that RF has seen "The Ipcress File" and will be complimented by my comparison. The lad has taste and style.

If you haven't seen it yourself, VC, you *have not lived*.

Yep, Michael Caine. I think I've watched it more than seven times. Everything that was "'60's cool" rolled into one film. Designed, partly, as the absolute antidote to James Bond. Written by Len Deighton, who hated pretty much everything that Ian Fleming stood for.

Say 'hello' to the old bastard RF if you talk to him, eh? And please forward my sage counsel that he'd have a much happier life if he strove not to be a dick. That is all. ;-)
