OK, i asked this of a Mistress on here and she had not heard of it and suggested that I post it on a forum somewhere, so here goes.

After long having dreamt of being in a chastity device, early last year i plucked up the courage to get one. After a few days/weeks of nervous anticipation i finally decided to try it on. It was fairly uncomfortable, and after about an hour i took it off again. A few weeks later i started to get an ache in my groin and went to see the doctors. After a few visits and a scan, they diagnosed my with varicoceles (basically varicose veins in the scrotum) - I have also been diagnosed with chronic pelvic pain syndrome - which i think is stress related?

Anyway, i am on anti-anxiety tablets (to try and combat the stress) but i still have the ache and i was just wondering if anybody else had experienced this, or knew whether the use of a chastity device could have "caused" the varicoceles. Thanks for any help that may come along!

I was born with varicose veins in the scrotum,
but Never have any pain related to it, I think its genetic, I remember that Dad & mum have the same issue,
in mum case thery were in the lower legs,

Had CBT before, Horrible, but never had the same issue you discripe,
I can only think of a cold water shower (its vaso-constrition factor), it helps with minor to mid pain, but nothing did stick for my case,

any time you impede blood flow, the blood will essentially back up and exacerbate varicoceles. It is not uncommon for the blood to stagnage within these veins and form clots which can grow and eventually become thrombosed. In moderate to severe cases, the venous plexus will have to be surgically removed. Check with your urologist to have the severity assessed. Stay away from anything that would cause blood to pool within the veins--as this will only worsen the discomfort/pain
