I'm just wondering how many of the youngers here know how that term was used, and actually is to this day in some families.
You see while my sister was young she might get a birthday card in the mail addressed to ;
Miss Sin Is Ter
And mine would come to ;
Master Ter Min Ator
Master was the term put in front of the name of a child. At adulthood it became Mister instead, or possibly at one time it happened when the fucker got married, I have no idea. I am going to consult with whatever elders I can find about this subject, but upon seeing so many people use "Master" in front of something else as their handle, I thought I might mention it.
But then in that respect does master mean something else ? When young, others cater to your needs and in many cases your wishes. Have I just tapped into something here ? Is the whole dynamic upside down ? Who needs whom ?
And let's not even get into Mistress. Oh, fuck it why not ? The Wife ain't putting out, he is gone all the time, with his Mistress, she has more importance. Tap tap.
