It has started my day off with a groan... everything hurts. Even worse than the last time I dated a sadist. Funny bit was I saw my physical therapist there. I have the feeling she might yell at me when I see her again Tuesday....

You should, the logistics were crap, but it was the first one of its kind and it was a bit of a overbooked trial run. Still amazing though.
