Hi there

So I just came back from visiting a Pro Domme (first time pro-domme, but not first playing, nor 10th--I'm somewhat experienced)

Anyway, during the session she used nipple suction device. It left a MASSIVE, DARK, red bruise around both my nipples.

I do a lot of swimming, working out at the gym, among many other activities. There's no way I can play this off.

Any advice to get rid of the reddness. And I literally mean anything.

Ice with firm pressure for ¬10 minutes at a time. No hot showers/baths until resolved. If sore, cooling aloe or Vit A gel [with aloe or Vit A listed before water in the ingredient list]. Expensive form-fitting swimming long-sleeve shirt.
And time for the hickies to resolve.

Edited to add: and no aspirin/Advil/Motrin, which will make the bruising worse, unless you're prescribed it by your doc.

Applied it for 10 minutes now. The redness has actually gone down! Its still very red, but at least I'm on my way.
