Aside from being incredibly effective, it's also potentially in violation of federal law. If that's the case, we're talking about massive "Ghandi Level" Civil Disobedience... PERSONALLY? I have issues with the Taft–Hartley Act, so I think it's pretty clear what my opinion is...
