Status: offline 		On the other side look over on the left side and click "Edit profile"

A new screen will open.  up at the top, there will be a button that sais "unhide profile"  click it and you're in business (I hope)

Actually, quite a few of the ladies here hide their profiles so they don't become inundated by troll mail.
If someone tells you that he has never heard of a profile not working, it's cause he's never gotten mail from one of the hidden folks.
