There will never be another voice like hers, though back in the day when I sang I tried. One gig would leave me hoarse for days.

Yeah, it has always been one of the high points of my early life. I dropped acid in her honor.

(Well, of course I did. I was a hippie dippie chick)

Holy cow, without vocal training - and maybe even with vocal training - it's a wonder you didn't lose your voice altogether. That dude MasterG posted on comes close but no there will never be another JJ. Such a waste that she died so young.
