I'm guessing he's pretty new to the whole 'online' thing and hasn't figured out you need a pretty thick skin if you're going to survive (relatively) intact.

He seems to be seeing the honest advice given as some kind of attack on him, which is a little...strange. But understandable, I guess, if you're new to the level of brutal honesty you get on here! [:D]

OP - my suggestion would be to take a walk, calm down, then come back and see that we're actually trying to help. You asked for advice, this is it.

ok ive said it bbefore and ill say it again,i thankyou for your responses.if I didnt want your opinions,i wouldnt be in chat.if I feel im bbeing attacked,im going to defend myself.just all all of you are harping to get your point accross,im doing the same thing.so many of you say im doing it because I dont like your answers.its got nothing to do with liking them or not.all of you if fely threatened would respond with harsh tones and in fact many of you have.how is my responding the way way acting like I have a bad attitude?are people really that shallow or hypocritical to do something and then critisize someone else for doing the same thing? c'mon people,again,im only angry at those people calling me a stalker and such.to everyone else,just cause I dont agree with what you say doesnt mean im angry or quick tempered.its ok to disagree.its not ok to say someone is quick tempered or has an attitude probblem because they disagree.to the one who says I have a lesson to learn,let that be your lesson.

ok,thanks.no hard feelings.i just feel that after getting to know me,instead of bblocking me,maybe explaining concerns they may have would have been a better move.that way we together could try to figure out what the best move is.to block someone with no explination as to why is rediculous and fucked up.all the advise is appriciated but its all speculation as well.i understand what everyone was saying but I feel if you were all in my shoes,you would bbe left scratching your heads just as I am.thanks anyways.good luck to all.

if you saw yourself the way some of us do, you wouldn't be scratching your head for long. please take a few moments a day and do some self-inspection. =p it's important for anyone to do.
i find journals to be extremely handy for this.

I don't quite get the wait weeks and months to get to know you online thing. For me, if I think there is something i might like about a person, i want to meet as soon as possible, to see if there is something in person. And not at my house or his house, but at a bookstore- so if it doesn't pan out, i can read.

I met my deceased Sir and my current sweetie within a couple of weeks of talking, and both worked out VERY well for me [:D]
Of the people i met with, not one suggested we meet at his house, or mine - and i wouldn't have even considered it.

One thing you might do to see if its your approach is to talk to some of your old slaves and ask their honest opinion about the beginnings of your relationships, and see if there was anything there that they thought you might change... You also might think about the fact that just because you think its ok, others can think differently, and if your target audience is thinking differently, then guess whos opinion matters in this instance.

PS, it doens't do anyone any good when they come across as desperate, or needy. You aren't going to find love when you are desperately looking for it - its going to sneak up on you and wack you in the head. Go into any relationship with the intent to have a good time, and wait............................

Okay....there used to be at least two breakfast meetings on Saturdays, I don't know if they're still going.

There are lifestyle workshops in Vista at a "toy" store and the north county social in Vista on the 4th Wednesday.

There's an ice cream and coffee meeting in Poway on the 4th Thursday and another meet up on the 2nd Tuesday in San Marcos.

There are discussion groups that meet in San Marcos.

There's a social in Mission Valley on the 3rd Wednesday and an incredibly large number of events downtown.

There are two groups on Fetlife for North County with about 500 members between the two.

Just takes a little effort.

The Lair and Dragon's Gate are usually a weekend trip for us. But, it's always great to see old friends.

OC social and 5th Wednesday social would also be reachable from Escondido.

Hey, glad to see you update your journals to removed the person you outed as a fake. As negativity in online journals is a real turnoff, I suggest you delete everything else on that page from September. "Fakes" won't pay any attention and you will turn off quality women.

Also, when Lilly suggests you journal, I'm sure she means in a private journal:
