I have steared clear from serious bondage of the breasts if implanted. My concern is enough pressure to cause leakage.
I enjoy doing breast bondage, but doctors and I share a common belief >> FIRST DO NO HARM.

Please comment on the risks, safety concerns aka safe, sane ways to bind or apply pressure to implanted breasts.

I don't have implants so I dunno

but I would not wanna be doing bondage on them. I'd be afraid of rupturing them.

I gotta agree with littlewonder on this one - although with implants being saline filled these days - not silicone - the health hazards are smaller - other than having to have surgery to replace it

I am fairly educated the implants subject. While currently breast implants are made of saline in a silicone shell this in no way make stress on them from bondage safe. Also be aware that older implants and implants from other countries may still be silicon. Don't get me started on how stupid and dangerous these things are anyways, but if you rupture a saline bag (completely probably as they are meant only to last 10 years anyways) the silicon shell will break down and collect in the joints and blood causing a myriad of health symptoms. If your play partner has implants and has been feeling fluish, depressed, or has lupus symptoms they need to see a doctor immediately as it could be from silicon slowly leaking from the implant shell. It is often difficult to tell when a implant has been ruptured.

Thank you for confirming my concerns have merit.
