You're looking at this all wrong. Do NOT send a message challenging her why she hasn't written. Why? Because (a) she couldn't answer or (b) she's not really interested. A note asking why isn't going to help.

Instead, if you are so motivated, simply send a friendly note with a HI, How are you doing? and something of mutual interest.

Check to see if she read it. If not, just wait, if so cruise on.

I always assume that with female subs on here, they are getting tons of messages. It could be that she was corresponding with others besides you. Check to see if she read your message. If she did, she may have found another more to her liking. If she hasn't read it yet, the same could apply. Or she could have a problem with her email. Wait a week and try again.
