Greetings all, I want to inform you that the Klashaan site is now officially open at www.klashaan.org. The forums boards are open and you can register as a member. We are now recruiting members. I will explain a little about the different aspects of the organization. Towers: Founding a Tower allows you to draw members from the local region. Within the USA the region may be as much as your state and neighboring states. As the communities grow your region will diminish to the state you are in. As the Founder of a Regional Tower, you will be established as a Great Tower and all other Towers in your state will be part of your region. Towers are founded by both Dom/mes and slaves alike. Crofts: These are houses that have M/s members. The Klashaan teaches different skills and crafts to its members and those who learn and practice Klashaan. A Croft is a learning/teaching community with artisans that create/make items for sale among Klashaan communities, offers training programs for new members, promotes and runs events. Crofts are founded by both Dom/mes and slaves alike. Houses: These are members of Klashaan communities that do not function as a Croft. They have an interest in keeping Klashaan slaves, attending events, and other aspects of the Klashaan community. Houses are founded by Free People, Dom/mes, slaves, and subs. The Klashaan has the following forms of membership: Mer’lyn: The trainers and teachers of Klashaan. They are knowledgeable in the practice and can caste and rank Dom/mes, subs and slaves. Chalandar/Da’Chalandar: These are the Master/Mistresses of Klashaan. They are knowledgeable in the Klashaan and can train their own slaves within their own rank level. Feyd’da: The record keepers of the communities. Any member can become a record keeper but a good working knowledge of “Bry Klashaan” is necessary to perform those duties. The preference is for slaves due to the fact it is a time intensive duty and a good, smart, and selfless slave will excel at such a position. Free person or citizen: These are people interested in the practice but not wanting to train or be a practicing Master/Mistress. They reap the benefits of owning a trained Klashaan or can send their sub/slave to be trained by a Mer’lyn. Klashaan: “the kept” are skilled slave/subs with many skills and extensive training. The book “Bry Klashaan” is written as a training manual for this particular type of slavery. Tral: sub/slaves that want to be part of the community but do not want to train in the practice of klashaan. The communities are a structured republic with every member having the ability to vote and raise issues. For more information on the politics of the community look at the forums, the information will be posted soon. The excerpts, located here http://klashaan.org:8181/klashaan/index.htm and here http://www.atlantissagas.org/BryKlashaan.html will give you a basic idea of the book and practice. I would like to thank those members who have had the integrity not to bash Mistress Jude’s first thread on the matter and would like to direct those of you who lack it back to the original thread for your flames and other stupidity http://www.collarchat.com/m_383679/mpage_5/tm.htm Please respect this thread and for those of you who are interested in Klashaan and The Klashaan Community ask any questions you have here or on the Klashaan forums at http://klashaan.org:8181/cgi-bin/yabb/yabb.pl/YaBB.pl Respectively
