Now THIS I can get into answering!
There is a combination of intelligence, humour, public self confidence, private need to submit that just totally gets me in a major way.
The ability to accept and receive love deeply.
Honest communication.
Spirituality.
Love of nature.
Knows what she wants yet open to new ideas.
I am only attracted to women that are feminine and really secure in their femininity yet not opposed to getting out in nature and getting a little dirty.
I also don't like feeling one in a long line of many. Not into the bi-swinger type. I like to know they value themself and what they have to offer me.
Non-smoker and good over-all health is a must.
I am all about the look of natural beauty that is well cared for. Heavy make-up, piercing and tatooes are not my personal preference.
I am also very attracted to a woman that can mix comfortably in fancy evening dress gathering and equally so in an extremely casual, jeans and tshirt, rural enviroment.
A love of travel, learning, exploring new things is also a very good thing.

What makes a woman sexy to me..... in no particular order..... nice feet/toes, trim/strong ankles, curvy legs, firm ass, her smile, eyes, voice, smell....... intelligence, good sense, compassion.......... a combination of being very sweet and polite while also having an absolutely filthy mind and sense of humor..... being mature and goofy..... being responsible.... being interested in me lol.....

Its very dificult but quickly without think much , for this order:

1.- Dominant caracter (i feel strong atraction towards this kind of females).
2.- Good hearthed and and inteligence. (Both in equal parts, not too much of one)
3.- Healthy.
4.- Physically atractive (i have a fetish for big women, wide hips, beautiful feet, very femenine).
5.- Interested and perhaps compromised with other people or the world around Her).
6.- Not cruel with other beings (but this doesnt mean that She can be very hard with me).
7.- i am not specially interested in sadistic Females as i am not masoquist.

I wish I knew.  Most of the time I can't even explain it to myself.  Some beautiful women aren't attractive, and some women who aren't beautiful are very attractive.  Personality has something to do with it too, of course, but when you're instantly attracted to a woman, it cannot be to her personality.

They do say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. 
 
I don't match that description to the extent that every T is crossed and every I dotted, but I do see some similarities.  Intelligence and humor (granted, my own brand [;)] ) are there.  I do prefer honest communication and my spirituality means a lot to me.  And who loves nature more than a naturalist/biologist/ecologist?  Smoking is a no-brainer as far as I'm concerned (yuck).  I prefer T-shirts and jeans, but I can wear a dress and look good in it.  Travel is a HUGE interest of mine, and I enjoy learning new things.  Spanish is one of my current projects.
 
I may be a little lacking in the self-confidence department, though.
