Thank goodness that happened after 1991! Military service just wouldn't have been the same.

I was under 21 when I was at Lowry AFB in CO so had to drink 3% wine coolers - let me tell you - took quite a bit of drinking to catch a buzz.

Fortunately, there was no such restriction in Okinawa, and I was back to Long Island Iced teas.
