Actually, if you want to be technical, all the above behavior isn't really the definition of being a cuckold. The proper term is "wittol"
(it's in the dictionary; it is a man who knows his wife/gf/partner is having sex with other men but does nothing about it, and doesn't mind).
By definition, a cuckold is a man who has a partner who is having sex behind his back without him knowing. Goes back to Chaucer.
