Agree. This is the way it was when the constitution was written and the reason only property owners could vote is it was thought that only property owners have a physical and tangible stake in the health of the nation and the economy and (along that line) to prevent those, that had no stake in the nation but had an overwhelming majority of the vote, to control the nation's pocket book and vote themselves entitlements which would allow them to bankrupt the nation while they lived off the nation.
