I can't believe another season of baseball is beginning. I am excited, even knowing The Dodgers will suck this year ( again ). And the season has started off on a good note. The Yankees lose!

Baseball? Oh yes, that's the less sexy version of cricket played in unglamourous locations, isn't it?

Strangely, i have never been a huge baseball fan until moving to Chicago; you really don't have much choice in the matter (whether you're a Dom/me or sub/slave). People here are truly mad about the game, and being on the North side; i'm a Cubs fan.

i'm from New York, but hate the Yankees....don't know why they annoy me, but they do. Go Mets!

The Dodgers, as far as i'm concerned, belong to Brooklyn! Perhaps it's b/c they're in LA that they suck?

GO MARINERS!!, hope they don't suck as bad as they did the second half of the season last year, what a disaster.

First they have to restart the game. It ended with the Whit Sox scandal in 1919. Who cares about the Yankees? NO ONE CARES ABOUT THE @#$% YANKEES! Right nurse? Bucky Dent was just a figment of my imagination, right? He's not real. Any sane person would laugh at the thought of a league that lets teams buy their way into the playoffs.

(Side note: How long before Jeter makes an error and all the NY media start hounding A. Rod to say he'd have made the play?)
