Greetings all,

i wanted to find out more about chastity piercings. What exactly does it entail? Has anyone here had this type of piercing?

What are the health and safety concerns regarding this type of piercing (s) ?

It entails piercing the outer labia. Often, grommets are installed. The labia can then be closed with locking jewelry and/or laces, preventing intercourse, and even preventing (or at least hindering) maturbation if the labia are large enough to cover the clitoris when closed. The health issues are similar to those with any other piercing. You needn't worry about exposing the piercings to urine (though it will sting). You do have to be extra careful about how you wipe your butt while the piercings are healing.

If you want to try this without the permanent commitment of the piercings, you can be sewn for chastity purposes. The labia are simply sewn together. Light test monofilament fishing line works just fine and is easy to remove. I have done this on rare occasion as a discipline when a slave had engaged in sexual misconduct.

hmm, what other types of chastity devices are there for women? Anything less severe perhaps?

Think of metal underwear that allows no physical contact unless taken off by the key holder.

i'm wondering about the healing for sewing someone together...
is there a potential of pulling/tearing by the monofiliment? does it restrict movement?

i guess i can imagine peircings, and the freedom of movement it would give, but i can't quite get my brain around how someone would walk with their labia sew together.

It doesn't really pull at all. Your hip sockets, and their movements, are more or less independent from your genitals. Try sitting on the floor in the "splits" and pulling your labia together with your fingers, then try with your legs closer together. You'll find that there is little difference. In my experience it didn't interfere with the slave's daily movements at all. She did cry on and off for the whole week that she was under the discipline, not because it hurt so much, but because it was a constant reminder that she was being punished.

There are any number of chastity belt type devices that are available. The problem with most of them is that they cover your anus, or at least come so close to it that they are impossible not to soil when you use the toilet. So unless you like it messy, they really can't be left on long term. Someone needs to invent a mushroom shaped vaginal plug with a tri-angular shield to cover the clitoris attached that could be inserted, inflated to be difficult or impossible to remove, and locked. Hey, maybe I just did?

I am strongly considering having this type of piercing - I think it would be really sexy. I like the idea of being at work knowing that I am ... ummm, locked together. The mind is a great sex organ....I love it.

It can be sexy as all hell. Those who go on that atkins diet will tell you that they never would have believed that they would want bread so badly. Personally, I see chastity devices and disciplines as just that, making the slave or sub crave release from the discpline, and by implication, sexual use.

i have heard from one Dom who stated he liked to have his slave get 4 piercings on each labia, with small lockets connecting the piercings. my concerns are: b/c the genitals are so sensitive, wouldn't be difficult to keep the pierced areas from getting infected?

The people that do the piercings will have aftercare instructions and it might be a good idea to do the pairs separately, although when I get mine done, I want to do it at once. I like all my pain at once.....grins

As long as the area is kept clean and sanitary for the prescribed length of time, it should be fine. The body is a wonderful healer of itself. I wouldn't recommend sex during the healing time (another great plus in getting it done - think of that first orgasm...lol). I wouldn't swim during that time either and would probably suggest showers as opposed to baths, but a piercing is a piercing...so I am thinking, from my medical background too, that it should be fine with proper care.

Here's a pic of what I mean, partially. I prefer the two sets of piercings and this is just one.

Thanks for the info. That pic is not half as frightening as some of the other pics i've seen on websites on extreme body modification.

Also, it's difficult to tell from the picture, but do you know if those two hoops (rings) are interconnected?
