You're missing some key points. The page you're citing merely suggests that no one send money to someone they've never met because it may be a scam. The page also says this is "advice" not a rule.

The point is that collarme has no rule against professional dommes or dommes charging tributes. Collarme is merely suggesting that if you choose to hire a professional domme that you don't send the tribute to them before you meet. I mean, heck, Collarme carries advertisements from professional phone dommes, so it really has no problem with people charging for these services -- it merely is giving people advice to help ensure they get what pay for rather than get scammed for their money and receive nothing.

It says "Do not SEND money". It does not say "Do not RECEIVE money".

Tell ya what. If you ever find some sub who WILL send you money, the site will place no restrictions whatsoever on you accepting it. Feel better now?

Possibly nothing can be done about tributes being sent because no one associated with collarme can actually prevent it.

CM doesnt have a system to actually send money, or receive money. Nor are they responsible for the stupidity of others. In matters they cannot control, all they can do is advise.
