PolyDommesgirl -> Transgender Prescription Hormones (12/8/2011 6:20:45 AM)

Hello, I am currently 39.
I had an double orchiectomy performed in January of 2009. In essence I have not had testosterone in my system for nearly 2 years.
Prior to my starting the hormones, a blood test was done to verify I did not testosterone in my system. (Surprise, no "T". )

About seven days ago, I started Prescription Estrogen and Progesterone.
With in the first days on the pills, I saw I difference in the skin texture in my face; a glow; if I can say.
I have also noticed the facial hair growth has slowed and become finer. My old 5:00 shadow does show until 8:00 the next day.
I also noticed an elevated mood. A general sense of, happiness. I find myself singing along with music as I do my work and chores.
The last thing I have noticed was increased trips to the bathroom for urination. ( My partner teased me by saying, that's an age issue and not the 'script.)

I was wondering if there are others who would share their experiences.
I am also curious to know if my results are typical and what could be expected in the near and distant future.
I am also curious to hear about the results "female to males" are experiencing.

Thank you !
dee
