Cute video but megaesophagus isn't cute, we had a boxer who developed it after a brain surgery and had a 'chair' like that, 4 to six feedings a day and staying with her for 45 minutes after each feeding to give the food a chance to get into the stomach made keeping her fed a full time job... and we didn't have a full time slave at that time!! She still withered away from lack of nutrients over a year... it's a very sad condition.

Very true, submittous -- the second link I posted was a support group for people with pets with this condition. They have to sit in the chair like that for 30 minutes to let gravity help get the food into their stomachs. I imagine it's quite stressful for dog and person alike...
