$800 bucks a month for playing with yourself on camera sounds OK, until you see what it looks like annually.
If she works 50 weeks a year, that's $9,600 salary! She's making $4.80 an hour, well below minimum wage.
You, as the business owner, might want to give her (TOTALLY making this up), half? She's getting $2.40 an hour, before taxes (Social Security would bite).
As the business owner, you can get a bunch of chicks working for you, say, 10, then you're up to $24 per hour or $48,000, before taxes and web site costs, etc., etc.
An alternative business model I'll offer... As a consumer, I like a wide variety of porn, and think I would get bored with a single niche site. What if you create a site that aggregates porn from multiple sites, repackages that (think how cable TV does it - AMC Classics and Nick At Night), and resells it? The key would be to segment your market by repackaging older "product" from your source sites, letting you target the "variety" people, and the source sites target the "new content" people.
It'd still take a LOT of work to make it pay off, if it did. Check out the AVN web site, and read the magazine for more industry news & insights.
