I have a few yoga podcasts and I managed to find one of my favorites on youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LnVXld9ZaE0 Cats and yoga. I love how the instructor guy just keeps going.

What a gorgeous kitty, MistressDarkArt! I suspect that all this feline interest in yoga stems from the fact that cats invented it and they're trying to show people how to do it right.
