If you are wanting to embed an image into one of your posts, simply click the
Reply button on any current posts on that thread, and the message window will appear.
You will not have the option of embedding an image using Fast Reply
Before embedding an image, you must first type a message, as you will not be able
post an embedded image alone. You can simply place a dot and the post will go through.
Directly below the message box is a link that says Click Here to Upload.
Once you click it, a box will pop up allowing you to browse your files for
the image you want to post. Find the image, highlight it, press OPEN,
and then OK. Wait a few minutes for the File Uploaded Successfully message
to appear, and then click OK again.
Next to the Click Here To Upload text is a little box that says Embed picture in post.
Be sure to check that box, and then press ok and your message with the image will post.
Do not worry that you can’t see the image on Preview.
Another way of posting an image, if you have the URL for the photo, is to click on the image button
in the tool bar area above this text box. It should bring up codes that read [image][/image]
Place the URL for the photo between the ] and the [ being certain not to leave any empty spaces.
You can find the URL for most images by right clicking on the image and then clicking Properties.
Be sure the URL ends in jpg, gif, etc.
If your browser does not show the tool box, you can manually type in the image][/image]
For this feature, you do not have to type in any text in the message box, and the image will be available on Preview.
