In Colorado Springs, CO, there's a lovely, well-mannered, 7 yr. old, black, spayed, mixed Lab, who has a bit of oral, upper gum cancer that does not in any way interfere with it's behavior, form or function.

The dog's owner is not interested in treating/keeping it, and intends to have it euthanized before the week is out.

I am looking for a temporary or permanent home for it, and believe the owner will be willing to relinquish it if one is found.

Anyone willing to save this darling dog's life will be provided, FOR FREE, and for as long as they wish, two holistic treatments for the animal.

1. ACL: a grapefruit seed extract topically applied to the affected gum area.

2. Humacel (Vetramate): an adaptogenic immune modulator; Phenol Complex (humic and fulvic acid), Polysaccharide (beta 1/3,1/6), Blueberry Extract, Rhodiola rosea, in capsule form that goes into its food.

Please if you, or anyone else, might be interested in doing a good dog a very good deed, do let me know.

I'm sorry to hear that :(

Good luck finding a home.

How sad, I truly hope something positive will happen for this dog.

I am sorry. I believe that the owner is doing the right thing.
