Women are wired this way, there's a use it or loose it aspect to their sex drive. This is a big reason why I'd phrase this aspect of the training that you're doing to her as orgasm delay rather than orgasm denial, both when you're talking to her and when you're thinking about things in your head. Conversely you can ramp up your girls sex drive by forcing her to have a lot of orgasms.

Also, what kind of chastity belt are you using with her?

I'd like to add to this that it's important to make her understand that this is the sort of thing that tends to take a while and that it's ok if she can't do it. Otherwise you can end up with your girl feeling pressure to perform and the corresponding performance anxiety or getting down on herself from a feeling like she's failing you because she isn't able to obey your commands.

There was a fad a while ago called Neuro Linguistic Programming, it had some methods for anchoring a response to a previous emotional stimulus. Thus using the ‘anchor’ to recall quickly the previous emotional situation so that it could be directly used to specific ends in dealing with behavior modification. The book I recall it being in was “Frogs into Princes” by Bandler and Grinder. It may have some use to you, just my two cents.
