What was the name of Hitler's propaganda minister? The name escapes me. He was trying to "educate" some people too, right?

We all know the slurs thrown at Muslims are as much to do with them not being white as anything else, you can put lipstick on a pig but its still a pig. The difference I dont try and defend that kind of crap. It is hard to argue against bigotry, intolerance and ignorance though, it is harder still to think we would have to in this day and age.
