I'm having a problem with my sub's nipples. I love nipple torture and he has one that is pierced on the left side and the right isn't but its very tiny. We've tried clamps with the piercing in and out to see if that would make a difference. It hasn't.

Nearly everytime I slap on the nipple clamps after about 30 seconds he's using his safeword. He says the clamps are just too much. Now I've tried the alligator kind, the clover type etc and none seem to work for him.

My question is this, is there anyway to toughen up his nipples so I can play with them?

Have you considered sandpaper? Ok, ok, seriously.... While it is advised against nursing mothers trying to toughen their nipples these days, the remedy of yesteryear was to apply tannic acid in the form of moist tea bags to the nipples in order to toughen them. I do not have any experience with this whatsoever, but the old wives tale says this will do the trick.

using a rough wash cloth and rubbing the nipple over and over will cause it to toughen up, but its also not going to be very pleasant and its going to take a while.

Have you tried the nipple clamps that have the slide to make the clamp a custom fit? That way you can increase the pressure a little at a time and give him time to get used to it and increase his pain tolerance.

I still have very sensitive nipples, but my Master plays with them alot pulling and manipulating them and puts me in hot showers and makes me face the streams so it hits my breasts. After a month of this, my Master is able to use cloths pins on me without me squeeling at the top of my lungs.

this sub's experience is that it just takes time. Mistress provided 5 sets of different clamps, each more powerful than the previous - and all intolerable. goals were set for sub that allowed a 6 month time-frame from the first set to the last. sub had to put the clamps on daily with the goal to move to the next set of stronger clamps the next month...it was sub's responsibility to take itself to the level where Mistress could enjoy what She wanted with sub...

Ohohoh this sounds like it might work. Thank you so much. I'm going to have him start doing this right away. We must have 5 different sets of clamps so he has a choice which ones to start with.

i find that if i am bound and gagged, i can tolerate nip clamps a lot longer if i'm not

I am finding that male subs/slaves are more sensitive to nipple training than women. The way I start training a sub is to start with a couple of weeks of having them wear clothes pins for three minutes only. Then as time goes on, I increase the time.
When I trained as a sub, I could wear them for thirty minutes and loved them. I always throw that mentality on them as well. I tell them I don't do anything to you that I have not had done to me. Sometimes they quit, but my slave can handle a lot. My trainee is doing wonderful. I use peppermint oil for my lubricant. It makes things intersting and smell good.

I to have tiny super sensitive nipples,when clamped do i whinge and bitch....NO!!!,its not the physical,but the mental,that needs to toughen up!!!.

make sure you pull out as much nipple area as possible the the clamp is not on the nipple itself but behind it. Also having the sub apply clamps/pins on daily then gradually changing to harder ones will work. There are many varieties of plastic ones at dollar stores which I use. They all are different in strength.

When I was getting ready to deliver My son,I used a rough washcloth and the massager in the shower to toughen My nipples for breast feeding.

I have done the same with submissives.
slave bishops nipples are tough as nails...I frequently pull them and squeeze.
Twisting often also helps.
I have the tweezer style nipple clamps...you can increase
the pressure by sliding the little bar up.I find those work best on any size nipple.
