As you are in China, I will point out that there are several femdoms in Asia with CM profiles who fit your description.  Thailand in particular has several women who make such claims, either on CM or on their private web site.  If you can travel to Thailand, you will either have the session of your life, or get ripped off.  I have no direct personal experience to offer.

Within China itself, I know Mitao in real life.  She didn't strike me as a heavy sadist, but I can verify that her profile is real, and she might be able to give you more specific advice within your own country.

I specialize in what most consider very extreme, though I don't look at it that way, as it is simply my preference toward heavy experiences. Yes, many of my pro-clients do travel great distances, and plan months in advance to see me when I am traveling.

But who is the *most* sadistic depends on the domme, the sub, even the day... so many factors and subjective personal opinions color any answer to a question like that. What is sociopathic to one person, is just a little rough trade to someone else, or mildly boring kink to another.
